Tyler Guluche joined NAI Advent Commercial Real Estate in 2022 and specializes in industrial sales and leasing. He brings a unique blend of skills from his background in management and the electrical trades, offering clients a rare combination of business acumen, technical insight, and hands-on experience.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Tyler spent seven years as a Manager of Technical Services and earned his certification as a Journeyman Electrician. This foundation gives him a strong understanding of building systems, infrastructure, and operational logistics—critical knowledge when advising clients on industrial properties. His management experience also sharpened his leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, enabling him to advocate effectively on behalf of his clients and guide transactions with confidence and clarity.

Whether assisting a business in purchasing its first industrial facility, helping an owner lease out space, or supporting a relocation, Tyler is known for his client-first approach, responsiveness, and commitment to results. He takes pride in delivering personalized, solutions-driven service, with a focus on long-term relationships and successful outcomes.

Outside of real estate, Tyler’s values are rooted in teamwork and community. His experience as a competitive athlete taught him the importance of collaboration and accountability, while his time as a volunteer firefighter reflects his dedication to giving back. Tyler lives in Okotoks, Alberta, with his wife and growing family, and remains actively engaged in both the local and professional community.
