Sobey Salem

Background & Experience:

Sobey Salem is a member of the NAI Advent Brokerage Services team, having joined the firm in 2025. He brings a strong foundation in client service, sales, leasing, and property management, shaped by hands-on experience across both real estate and customer-facing roles.

Sobey is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance at the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. Through his education, he has developed a strong understanding of financial analysis, market research, and business strategy, which he applies to his work in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining NAI Advent, Sobey gained valuable industry experience as a Property and Leasing Manager with Noble Ground. In this role, he was exposed to property operations, tenant relations, leasing activity, and the day-to-day responsibilities involved in managing real estate assets. This experience helped him build a practical understanding of both landlord and tenant needs.
Today, Sobey supports clients and team members through detailed research, responsive service, and practical market insight. With a proactive approach, strong work ethic, and continued focus on Calgary’s commercial real estate market, he is committed to helping deliver thoughtful solutions that align with each client’s goals.
