Joshua Gill joined NAI Advent in January 2020 and brings a strong customer service approach to Real Estate, based on past experience. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Joshua moved up the ranks from sales and managed a sign shop from 2016 to 2017 which inspired his love for architecture and buildings. He has completed multiple transactions closing more than 20,000 square feet both as a Landlord’s agent as well as a Tenant representative.

He believes in cultivating and building relationships with his clients and being readily at-hand to guide them through every part of the sale or leasing process. He is also an avid car enthusiast and loves adventure sports so go ahead and ask him if Bugatti’s new Divo is truly an improvement over the Veyron.
