Brian comes to NAI Advent with 25+ years of Retail and Hospitality purchasing and leasing experience. Before arriving at NAI, Brian owned, operated and managed several recognizable venues within the Calgary marketplace and has consulted on dozens of commercial real estate transactions.

Brian brings invaluable experience in assessing location fundamentals, understanding underlying business viabilities, and ensuring successful and mutually beneficial arrangements for our clients. In 2000 Brian was awarded the prestigious “Top 40 under 40” award from the Calgary Chamber of Commerce. His extensive entrepreneurial experience allows for an insightful perspective on any potential acquisitions or leasing opportunities.
